Pricing

Priced to your raise.
Never tied to the amount raised.

Gold Sifter pricing is scoped to your raise and the type of engagement, and discussed directly with you. Gold Sifter is never paid a commission, a finder's fee, or a percentage of capital raised; that rule is structural, not a policy.

The desk review · your on-ramp

Before anything is wired up, we grade your own lead file. A 48-hour graded review of an exported lead list: scored, ranked, and returned with a source-quality read. No wiring, no connection to your systems.

The desk reviewA 48-hour graded review of your exported lead file: A/B/C ranking, dossiers on the top of the list, and a source-quality read on where your best inbound comes from.
Scoped to your raise. The desk review is the low-commitment first step. What it costs, and how it fits against a full engagement, is scoped to your raise and confirmed with you before anything starts.

The right fit depends on your exemption โ€” Reg CF, Reg D 506(c), or Reg A+ โ€” and whether you are a single issuer, a fund, a repeat issuer, or a platform. We scope it with you on a short call.

Verified identity is an optional add-on: third-party identity verification and deep enrichment on A-tier and B-tier leads. Identity verification confirms who a lead is; it is not accreditation verification, which stays with you and your counsel.
Ways to engageIssuer subscription · per-campaign license · agency white-label · platform value-add · professional services · a wired pilot

Per-campaign license

Raises are finite engagements. Organizations that procure software by engagement (funds often do) can license one complete raise, end to end, instead of subscribing monthly. Scoped and quoted per raise.

Agency white-label

Agencies running multiple raises license per issuer client and set their own client pricing; commercial terms are defined in the agency agreement. One integration covers the roster. Non-exclusive always, the agency does first-line support, and the agency is the one payer. Never a percentage of capital raised. See the agency program.

Platform value-add

Funding platforms embedding Gold Sifter for their issuers license per seat or as a flat annual site license across the platform. Scoped to the platform. Never a percentage of capital raised.

Professional services

Expert work is a line item, not a hidden subsidy: per-raise scoring calibration (the model tuned to your raise โ€” what qualifies, how tiers map to your call priorities) and the Raise Truth Audit (a standalone attribution review of what your spend actually produced, source to wire). Each is scoped to the work.

A wired pilot

Prefer to see it live before committing? Connect Gold Sifter to one active raise for a short pilot: your lead sources connected and the scoring model configured to your raise, incoming leads researched and scored in real time, and a source-quality report reviewed with your team at the end. Scope and terms are confirmed with you in writing first.

Lighter first step: the desk review above scores an exported lead file with no wiring. At the end of either, you keep the reports and a clean export of everything Gold Sifter produced. Continue only if the evidence supports it.

Fixed software pricing only. No commissions, success fees, per-investor charges, or compensation tied to capital raised. Pricing is scoped to your raise and the type of engagement, and confirmed with you directly. The full rationale lives on the compliance page.
