For agencies

Your client relationship.
A stronger intelligence layer behind it.

Give every issuer a clear answer to the question that decides the renewal: which campaigns produced investor-quality interest, commitments, and wired capital. Gold Sifter operates behind your brand, researching and prioritizing every human lead, keeping the CRM current, and producing source-quality reporting, without you building an internal research and data operation.

How the white-label works

Your agencyThe Gold Sifter engine
The client relationship, the contract, every client-facing wordIdentity resolution: one record per human, per raise
Campaign strategy and the media planLead research and conservative A/B/C scoring with reasoning
Client communication, under your brand or co-brandedThe 90-second dossier per lead, per client raise
First-line support for your clientsCRM write-through with receipts into each client's stack
Commercial packaging and client pricing, per the agency agreementSource-quality reporting your account managers hand over, under your brand
The engine never touches your client relationships and never contacts an investor. Your issuer clients' compliance teams receive a clear, documented answer. The boundary is structural, not a policy.

The commercial relationship

You are the single commercial counterparty, and you control packaging and client pricing under the agency agreement. You add the intelligence layer without building an internal research and data operation, and the engine is never tied to capital raised.

Commercial terms are scoped to your roster and how you plan to deploy the engine, and set in the agency agreement. Bring one live client campaign to the conversation and we will map it to your situation. Book a walkthrough to talk it through.

Operating facts for agencies

Roster view

One portfolio view across every client raise.

The agency dashboard shows all client tenants side by side; each issuer sees only its own raise.

Tenant separation

Each client is an isolated tenant.

Records, benchmarks, and reports never cross between issuers. Security & data handling covers the detail.

Data ownership

The issuer's investor records stay the issuer's.

Data lives in each client's CRM throughout; if an issuer leaves your roster, their records and a clean export leave with them, and the tenant is closed per the retention terms.

Paper

You sign the agency agreement; each issuer signs a data-processing addendum.

One commercial relationship (you are the single payer), one DPA per client tenant, reviewed with counsel at onboarding.

Support

First-line is yours, escalation is ours.

Your clients call you; engine-level issues escalate directly to the operator, and the security packet for issuer diligence is provided on request.

Timeline

A client raise is typically live within the 14-day window.

Source connection, CRM wiring, and scoring calibration per client, same discipline as the direct pilot. You get a sample client-facing report before your first client sees one.

Terms discipline
01

Non-exclusive, always.

No agency locks the engine away from the market, and you are never locked into it.

02

Twelve-month term, one payer.

The agency is the single payer; your clients are never invoiced by us and never become our collections relationship.

03

You do first-line support.

Your clients call you, not us. The commercial terms of the agency agreement exist to pay for exactly that.

04

Never priced on the raise.

No success fees, no per-investor pricing, no percentage of capital raised, at either layer of the relationship.

How you start

1 · Demo on one live campaign

  • Pick one issuer client. We run the engine against their real funnel so you can see the intelligence layer on a raise you actually run.

2 · First client goes live

  • If the demo earns it, client #1 goes live. Your brand in front from day one.
3 · Roll the roster. Once the first client deployment is proven, additional clients onboard across your roster under the agency agreement.

Start at step one: a demo on one live campaign.
